Bee-Kraft LLC provides AI-powered business automation services including AI voice receptionist systems, automated lead qualification, appointment scheduling automation, SMS and chat AI agents, and Google review automation. Services are provided on a subscription basis as described in our pricing tiers.
You must be at least 18 years of age and a legal business entity or sole proprietor to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.
You agree not to use our services to violate any applicable law or regulation including TCPA and CAN-SPAM, send unsolicited commercial messages to individuals who have not opted in, engage in deceptive or fraudulent practices, infringe on intellectual property rights of others, or interfere with the integrity of our systems.
When using our AI SMS and chat services, you agree to comply with all applicable telecommunications laws including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). You are responsible for ensuring that all contacts in your CRM have provided appropriate consent to receive text messages. Bee-Kraft LLC is not liable for your use of SMS features in violation of applicable law.
All content, branding, and technology on this website and within our services are the property of Bee-Kraft LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bee-Kraft LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate the service relationship with 30 days' written notice. We reserve the right to immediately terminate services for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Platte County, Missouri.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
